Job Title:PMS Support Specialist Location:Remote / On-Site (depending on company) Department:IT Support / Technology Experience:3 years working with PMS in a hospitality or tech-enabled environmentRole Overview: We are looking for atech-savvy, detail-oriented PMS Operations Specialistto support and manage Property Management Systems (PMS) for a portfolio of vacation rentals and hotels. This role requires someone with a strong hospitality background who can efficiently manage system operations, troubleshoot issues, and provide responsive support to property teams acrossU.S. time zones . You will act as the key point of contact between internal teams (Revenue, Tech, Operations) and external clients, ensuring seamless performance of PMS platforms, OTA connections, and booking systems.Key Responsibilities: Handle daily operations and troubleshooting related to Property Management Systems (PMS) and Experience with PMS platforms such as OYO OS, Track, Guesty, or equivalent systems. Coordinate with the cross-functional teams to ensure timely updates, integrations, and feature enhancements in the PMS. Ensure accuracy of availability, pricing, and content across PMS, OTA platforms, and channel managers. Train property managers on how to use the PMS system effectively. Monitor system health, handle escalations, and ensure downtime or sync issues are minimized. Collaborate with distribution and revenue teams to support pricing and inventory strategies. Support integration with external systems (channel managers, accounting tools, housekeeping apps). Document processes and maintain SOPs for PMS-related workflows.Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Hospitality Technology, or Computer Science or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience working with a hospitality PMS system. Hands-on experience with one or more of the following systems: OYO OS, RMS, Tracks, Guesty etc. Familiarity with OTA platforms (, Airbnb, Expedia). Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle cross-functional collaboration. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, as required based on business or client support needs..Preferred Skills: Experience in hospitality operations.
