The ideal candidate will possess a strong consulting background, a proven track record of successful project delivery, and comprehensive experience across SAP SuccessFactors modules. This is a client-facing role requiring functional HR knowledge, system configuration expertise, and pre-sales engagement experience.Work Location ·Preferred placement at any Aventra office, following UK client working hours. ·Full-time remote work may be considered if onsite placement is not feasible.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & Project Delivery ·Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations across Core HR and Payroll modules. ·Successfully deliver a minimum of three full-cycle external client projects that have gone live within the last 36 months. ·Configure and optimise Employee Central, Time Management, EC Payroll integrations, and associated processes. ·Ensure project execution aligns with Agile methodologies, utilising tools such as Azure DevOps and participating in Scrum ceremonies. ·Conduct comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and provide post-go-live support. ·Translate complex business requirements into effective system configurations and workflows.Pre-Sales & Solutioning ·Collaborate with sales and solution teams on proposals, RFP responses, and client demonstrations. ·Communicate the value proposition, ROI, and strategic advantages of SAP SuccessFactors solutions to potential clients. ·Support business development through thought leadership and knowledge sharing.HR Consulting & Client Advisory ·Serve as a trusted HR technology advisor throughout the employee lifecycle. ·Provide expert consulting on HR shared services, global payroll integration, and compliance processes. ·Foster and maintain long-term stakeholder relationships by delivering scalable, future-ready SAP HR solutions.Required Qualifications ·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred). ·SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification in Core HR and Payroll (Employee Central, Time Management, EC Payroll Integrations). ·Experience with SAP Integration Centre and/or SAP CPI. ·At least five years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors Core HR & Payroll. ·Demonstrated delivery of at least three successful, externally implemented projects in the past 36 months. ·Proficient understanding of SuccessFactors data models, MDF, XML, and system implementation standards. ·Experience working in Agile project environments, using tools such as Azure DevOps and Scrum methodologies.Technical and Functional Skills ·In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including: ·Employee Central ·Time Management Familiarity with: SAP EnableNow WalkMe IAS/IPS SAP Integrations Centre SAP CPI EC Payroll integrations Hands-on experience with: System configuration and customisation Integration architecture Testing (unit, integration, UAT) Documentation and user support Strong understanding of HR business processes, shared services, and payroll compliance.
