The Student Success Manager will be responsible for supporting student achievement by providing guidance, training, and educational support. Daily tasks include communicating with students and parents, offering customer service, developing and implementing training programs, and coaching students to enhance their skills and academic performance.Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Education, Training, and Coaching Strong ability to inspire and support students in achieving their academic goals Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field Experience in the test preparation industry is a plus
