Develop, maintain, and optimize integrations with external systems like Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot. Work with Kubernetes, database optimization, and AWS cloud-native technologies to evolve our architecture. Modernize our PHP-based and Golang stack and ensure smooth interaction between legacy and modern components. Collaborate with your Scrum team to scope, estimate, implement, and test new features and fixes. Deliver features, improvements, and fixes with a predictable and timely cadence. Mentor other engineers on best practices, architectural patterns, and technologies. Contribute to platform stability and performance improvement initiatives. Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and attention to detail while fostering a positive team environment.Here's What You Need:5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a backend-focused role. Expertise in backend development using PHP Fluent in written and spoken English. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in distributed or fully remote teams. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to prototype solutions quickly when needed. Proven experience designing and managing systems that move and synchronize data across platforms at scalePreferred Skills:Expertise in backend development using languages like TypeScript/Node and Java Experience integrating with Salesforce, Marketo and HubSpot Experience working with AWS technologies (e.g., Cloud Development Kit, Terraform etc). Experience presenting technical ideas, solutions, or approaches to other team members. Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, and experience collaborating across the stack when needed. Knowledge of database optimization techniques and performance tuning for large datasets. Passion for learning and adopting new technologies. Familiarity with Kubernetes for managing containerized workloads
