Expertise inS/4 HANA Payroll configuration ,payroll schemas , andwage types . Experience inyear-end payroll activities ,tax filings , andpayroll reporting . Knowledge ofintegrationwithSAP HCMmodules likeEmployee Central ,Time Management , andBenefits . Ability to troubleshoot payroll issues and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Strong communication and problem-solving skills for working with internal teams and business stakeholders.SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant -4+ YearsStrong hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation ( implementation Experience) , including employee profile management, job information, and organizational structure configuration. Expertise in Employee Central configuration, including employment information, job history, position management, and workflow design. Experience in integrating Employee Central with other SuccessFactors modules like Compensation, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, and external systems like Payroll and Benefits. Proficiency in configuring business rules, permissions, and workflows to ensure smooth data flow and efficient HR processes. In-depth knowledge of Employee Central security, data privacy regulations, and compliance requirements for handling employee data. Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving issues related to employee data management and configuration, ensuring smooth operation of HR systems.
