About the role:We are looking for a highly organized and detail-orientedData Tracking Clerkto join our team. This role is focused on collecting, analyzing, and maintaining performance data across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Excel, experience tracking marketing metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and Facebook ad performance, and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.Responsibilities:Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets in Excel on a daily/weekly basis Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, conversion rates, and ad spend Track and analyze Facebook Ads data (and other ad platforms if applicable) Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting Identify trends and inconsistencies in performance data Create visual reports (using Excel, Google Sheets, or other tools) Proactively suggest improvements in data tracking methods Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all sourcesQualifications:Proven experience with data tracking and reporting Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, etc.) Experience working with digital marketing data (especially Facebook Ads) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Data Studio is a plus Excellent communication skillsWhat We offer Flexible remote work environment Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing team A role where your insights directly influence business decisions Room for growth and development
