This is a unique hybrid role designed for the AI era, where advanced automation tools enable one talented individual to drive both product strategy and design excellence across multiple product initiatives.What You'll Own Product Strategy & Leadership Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business objectives Lead end-to-end development of 3+ products simultaneously Conduct systematic competitive analysis using structured frameworks Drive data-driven product decisions through performance analytics Identify automation opportunities to eliminate redundant user inputs and streamline workflowsAI-Powered Design & Prototyping Create rapid prototypes using Claude Code and Firebase Studio Enhance frontend implementations using Cursor AI for code optimization Design intuitive user interfaces leveraging Google Material Design 3 library Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes without traditional design dependencies Implement AI-powered graphic design solutions for scalable visual assetsTechnical Collaboration & Development Collaborate effectively with backend engineering teams through structured development tickets Manage product development lifecycle using Git/GitHub for version control Lead cross-functional teams including backend engineers and stakeholders Ensure seamless integration between design specifications and technical implementation Iterate rapidly on product features through continuous prototyping and testingRequired Qualifications Product Management Excellence 3+ years of product management experience with proven track record Successfully led development and launch of minimum 3 products Strong product sense with ability to balance user needs and business objectives Experience in user research, competitive analysis, and market validation Demonstrated ability to work with engineering teams and manage technical backlogsDesign & Technical Skills Proficiency in Claude Code for rapid prototyping and development Hands-on experience with Cursor for AI-assisted frontend development Strong command of Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration Experience with Firebase Studio for backend integration and prototyping Expertise in Google Material Design 3 component library implementation Familiarity with AI-powered graphic design tools and workflowsLeadership & Automation Mindset Proven experience leading and coordinating with backend engineering teams Strong understanding of automation principles and workflow optimization Ability to identify processes that can be streamlined through AI and automation Experience in systematic competitive analysis and market research methodologies Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaborationTechnical Proficiency Frontend development capabilities for prototype enhancement Understanding of modern web technologies and responsive design principles Experience with design systems and component-based architecture Familiarity with API integration and backend coordination Knowledge of user analytics and conversion tracking implementationWhat Makes You Stand Out Experience in AI/ML product development or automation platforms Background in influencer marketing, creator economy, or social commerce Proficiency with additional AI coding assistants and design tools Experience scaling products from MVP to enterprise-level solutions Understanding of micro-influencer marketing dynamics and creator workflowsWhy Join Creatorain?
