Core ResponsibilitiesEnsure optimal performance of MBOs across assigned territory. Plan & execute sales strategies to achieve targets Regular SIS visits to monitor merchandising, VM Execution, staff performance & adherence to brand standards. Drive secondary sales & manage sell through, stock turns. Act as the single point of contact between the brand & distributor. Ensure timely product dispatch, billing & replenishment. Monitor distributor stock levels, ageing & liquidation plans. Ensure compliance on credit terms, outstanding payments & claims. Review & track distributor performance metrics including primary & secondary sales. Conduct monthly/quarterly review meetings with distributors. Share regular market intelligence & consumer feedback for planning future collections. Support in sales forecasting & budgeting for Mbo channel. Coordinate training programs for Mbo staff on product knowledge, VM Standards & customer service.Knowledge and skill setStrong understanding of retail operations in fashion apparels only. Proven ability in distributor management & sales planning. Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management skills. Data – driven approach with proficiency in MS excel & sales dashboard.Experience 6-8 years of experience in Mbo sales operations with exposure to MBO & Distributor models.
