Job Title : SAP EWM Techno-Functional Business Systems Analyst Location : India (Remote) Experience : 15+ YearsJob Summary We are looking for a seasoned SAP EWM Techno-Functional Business Systems Analyst with strong real-world, on-site experience in warehouse operations and solution delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of both the functional and technical aspects of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), particularly in the inbound and outbound logistics execution space. The analyst will play a critical role in both production support (60%) and project implementation (40%) activities, contributing to the overall success of our global supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate has not only spent 5–7 years delivering solutions on-site but has also led or actively participated in solution design discussions, showing a clear ability to navigate complex logistics architectures. Given the offshore nature of this role, strong, concise communication skills are essential.Key Responsibilities • Resolve SAP EWM queue-related errors across shipping, serialization, labeling, and warehouse execution. • Perform detailed root cause analyses and collaborate with developers to deploy sustainable fixes. • Provide critical support coverage during U.S. CST mid-day hours to address time-sensitive productionissues. • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements; convert them into functional specifications. • Participate in or lead cross-functional solution design discussions to support project and enhancementdelivery. • Work closely with Solution Architects and technical teams to develop solutions that meet operational and business goals. • Maintain and regularly update functional documentation and knowledge bases.Required Skills & Experience • 7–10 years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM (production support + implementation). • Strong understanding of EWM queues, serialization, labeling, and warehouse logistics execution processes. • Proven experience supporting or delivering solutions in both inbound and outbound logistics, preferably with Oracle LC experience (or similar non-SAP transportation systems). • Prior experience working on-site in warehouses or distribution centers for a minimum of 5–7 years. • Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute meaningfully to complex solution design and architecture discussions. • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to operate independently under pressure and meet critical SLAs. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for an offshore role working with global stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications • Experience in high-volume distribution centers with diverse product categories. • Ability to debug basic ABAP code to assist technical teams during issue resolution. • Exposure to SAP ECC or S/4HANA in warehouse/distribution or supply chain domains. • Experience interfacing SAP EWM with non-SAP transportation management systems (e.g., Oracle LC).
