Position: SAP GTS 100% RemoteNote:Specialist in SAP GTS with experience in migrations from ECC to S4/HANA; with solid knowledge of the integration of GTS with regulatory compliance for sales and purchases in the US, CAN, and MXProfile Summary:Professional with proven experience in the implementation and support of SAP Global Trade Services (GTS), specialized in the modules of Trade Compliance, Customs Management, and Trade Preference Management, focusing on customs compliance and trade agreements for Mexico, the United States, and Canada. Deep knowledge of local regulations (SAT, CBP, CBSA), integration with tax authorities, and management of preferential origin in accordance with T-MEC/USMCA/CUSMA. Ability to lead compliance assessments, configure export licenses, validate restricted parts, and manage documentation of certificates of origin.Key Technical Requirements: • Implementation and support of SAP GTS (version 11 or S/4HANA GTS Embedded or Sidecar). • Configuration of restricted parts lists and management of export/import licenses. • Integration with government systems: SAT (Mexico), ACE/AES (US), CBSA (Canada). • Knowledge in tariff classification, Incoterms, and customs control (pedimentos, Entry Summaries, B3). • Management of preferential origin requirements (USMCA/T-MEC) and supplier certificates. • Experience with material classification (HTS/Schedule B codes) and automation of compliance checks.Soft Skills and Other Attributes: • Proficiency in English and Spanish/French • Experience collaborating with Legal, Logistics, and Finance teams. • Strong documentation, risk management, and regulatory follow-up skills.
