The successful candidate will be an excellent frontend developer(Preferred with back end knowledge), with a solid track record of delivering on major websites. They’ll be expected to work closely with the middleware development teams, SEO, and content teams to ensure that our website is best in class. The Websites team is responsible for the CMS system on which all of our client's websites are built. These sites are key to the business and see upwards of 2 million hits a week. Furthermore, in a fast-paced development environment, you engage with agile method, adaptive frameworks, and the frontend development strategies to fulfil deadlines and be keen to follow best practices and suggest areas for improvement.What you’ll do: Conceptualization and application of AEM-based enterprise content solutions Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, technical issues, and defects in AEM implementations and optimise AEM solutions. Unbiased development and implementation of product innovations Translating designs into pixel-perfect Encoding output to build engaging, contemporary digital experiences. Writing semantic HTML, JavaScript(ES6+) that is tested, idiomatic, and documented. Using responsive design, ensure satisfactory accuracy and compliance across mobile and desktop browsers. Responsibility for New interface tracks and component development for and inside design systems or CMS platforms. Conduct code reviews, employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse. Creating and testing user-facing features that may employ React, Angular, Vue.JS, TypeScript, Jest, and other technologies. Using REST APIs or GraphQL to load material. Working with experience designers and developers on design, development, QA, launch, and maintenance. Mentoring team members, code review, participate in pair programming and extreme programmingWhat you will need for the role: 8+ years of experience working in a client-facing development team with strong experience inFront end technologies with AEM knowledge (Back end knowledge is preferrable). Strong experience as asenior front end developer in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations. Extensive hands-on experience inClientlibs, HTML, JavaScript(ES6+), CSS , Typescript, Bootstrap, LESS , SASS, Responsive design. React, Angular, Vue.JS, Java (Preferred) Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer centricity, and ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
