Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experiencedSenior SAP FICO Consultantto lead and deliver end-to-end SAP Finance and Controlling solutions across implementations, rollouts, and support engagements. The ideal candidate should have a strong background inSAP S/4HANA Finance , deep functional knowledge ofFI/CO modules , and a good understanding of integration with other SAP modules such asMM, SD, PP, and PS . Key Responsibilities: Lead requirement gathering sessions with business users and stakeholders Design, configure, and implement solutions inSAP FI (GL, AR, AP, AA, Bank)andSAP CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, COPA) Deliver full lifecycleSAP implementations , from blueprinting to go-live and support ConfigureS/4HANA Finance features , includingUniversal Journal ,New Asset Accounting , andFiori apps Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation Collaborate with technical teams to define RICEFW objects and provide functional specifications Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user training Support data migration, system upgrades, and post-go-live issues Ensure compliance with audit and financial reporting requirements Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and business users Required Skills: 8+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant Expertise inSAP FI : General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting Expertise inSAP CO : Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA At least2–3 end-to-end SAP implementations Strong knowledge ofS/4HANA Finance concepts Experience working withintegration points : SD, MM, PP, PS, and Payroll Proficient inFunctional Specification writing ,testing , andtroubleshooting Strong understanding oflocal taxation and statutory compliance(e.g., GST, TDS) Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skill
