VERIFICATION OF I9 etc Contracts, Compliance & Onboarding Coordinator Job description Contracts, Compliance & Onboarding Coordinator for US Staffing who has hands-on experience in managing the contractual agreements and documentation related to staffing and recruitment processes Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, negotiating and finalizing contracts, and supporting in maintaining efficient staffing operations 1. Contract Management: Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs)//Purchase order (PO), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with clients, vendors, and partners. Ensure that contracts adhere to company policies and guidelines. Collaborate with management to address contractual issues, risk assessment. Maintain E2E contract templates up-to-date. 2. Compliance and Risk Management: 3. Experience initiating background checks and Drug test on various levels in portals like FADV, HireRight and others. 4. Hands-On experience working on ATS: Ceipal, Job Diva etc. 5. Good to have working experience on VMS Portals like Beeline, SAP Fieldglass etc. 6. Vendor and Client Relationship Management: Collaborate & coordinate with vendors and clients to negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, addressing any contract-related issues or concerns. Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contract terms. 7. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the contract management and staffing processes. E2E contract administration. Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree Or Equivalent 2. Hands-On experience in contract management within the US staffing industry. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 4. Well versed with MS Office. 5. Night Shift 6. Should be able to adapt and work if any new challenges arise.
