Your work will make history and help millions of lives each day come together around the joys of food and inspire their well-being.Job Title:Senior Staff Cyber Security About the Role: The Senior Staff Cyber Security, Cloud Security operations role act as cloud security engineer/ specialist who specializes in protecting cloud-based systems and data from cyber threats. You will support design, implement, and actively manage security measures for cloud environments, ensuring protection of digital assets and data. Their responsibilities include assessing risks, developing security policies, monitoring for threats, analyzing and reporting on Cloud Vulnerabilities and weakness, engage and collaborate with Cyber Defense, Risk Management teams and responding to security incidents.Key Responsibilities: Conduct security assessments of cloud-based infrastructure, platforms, and applications to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and compliance issues. Assess cloud security vulnerabilities / weakness and attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) and provide defensive action to locate and prevent threats. Develop and implement security measures, policies, and procedures to protect cloud-based assets and data Perform analysis on the Cloud weakness findings, and deliver analytical reports and summary Serve as a cloud security technical expert to develop and execute cloud security policies and procedures Monitor and analyze security findings and weakness in cloud environments and engage with engineering teams promptly to mitigate risks and minimize potential damages. Working knowledge on Azure, GCP is a must. Act as a Cloud security subject matter expert by continually reviewing environments for opportunities to reduce risk when possible Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system administrators, network engineers, and software developers, to ensure cloud security best practices are followed throughout the organization. Perform regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and testing to evaluate the effectiveness of existing security controls and recommend improvements. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in cloud security, and provide recommendations for enhancing the organization's cloud security posture. Investigate and support security incidents, including analyzing logs, conducting forensic investigations, and documenting findings. Assist in the development and delivery of cloud security awareness and training programs for employees to promote a culture of security awareness within the organization. Participate in the design and implementation of secure cloud architectures, including identity and access management, encryption, network security, and data protection mechanisms. Act as cybersecurity technical experts who perform investigations, incident response, and automate security workflows. Hands on Experience in CSPM, CNAAP tools such as Prisma, Tenable, Wiz etc will be a plusQualifications: 12+ years of prior relevant experience in cybersecurity operations and delivery roles Proven track record managing security incidents and leveraging threat intelligence processes. Ability to analyze large sets of data and having hands on experience in security data analysis is a plus Proven experience in applying cybersecurity best practices to real-world scenarios. Solid knowledge of networking concepts and cloud infrastructure Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools including CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and Docker / Kubernetes for containerization Experience collaborating with key stakeholder groups such as major incident management, privacy, and litigation. Experience building or managing security automation and orchestration solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant certifications such as CISSP or GCIH strongly preferred.
