About sfHawk sfHawk is redefining how manufacturing companies leverage data to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize production.About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic professional with a deep understanding of Industrial IoT (IIoT), smart factory solutions, automation, and digital transformation in the manufacturing sector. The role focuses on driving new business development, client acquisition, account management, and revenue growth across the South Indian market, specifically in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. The ideal candidate will be based in Bangalore and will work remotely, engaging with clients and stakeholders across the region.Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Identify and engage potential customers inmanufacturing, automotive, oil & gas, energy, and other industrial sectorsfor IIoT solutions. Develop and execute aterritory-specific sales strategyto expand market presence. Generate leads, schedule meetings, and conductproduct demosto showcase IIoT solutions. Convertprospects into long-term clientsby understanding their pain points and offeringStandard/tailored IoT solutions . Meet and exceed salestargets, revenue goals, and market penetration KPIs . Build and maintainstrong relationshipswith key decision-makers (CXOs, Plant Heads, IT Managers, etc.). Work closely withtechnical teamsto provide IIoT solutions based on customer needs. ·Ensure seamlesspost-sales support and account managementfor long-term business growth. Identifyupsell and cross-sellopportunities for existing accounts.Market Research & Competitor Analysis Stay updated onmarket trends, competitor offerings, and emerging IIoT technologies . Provide feedback to theproduct and marketing teamsto refine offerings and improve value propositions. Represent the company atindustry conferences, trade shows, and networking eventsto enhance brand visibility. Maintain accurate records of sales activities usingCRM toolsand provideweekly/monthly sales reportsto management.Required Skills & Qualifications: 4-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Industrial IoT, automation, or industrial technology solutions. Proven track record inselling IIoT solutions, SaaS platforms, automation software, or smart factory solutions . Strong understanding ofmanufacturing operations, Industry 4.0, predictive maintenance, remote monitoring, and digital transformation . Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Ability toanalyze customer pain pointsand proposetailored technology solutions . Willingness totravel extensively across the South regionfor client meetings and industry events.Preferred Qualifications: Experience working withPLC/SCADA, IoT analytics . Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such asModbus, OPC UA, MTConnect . Prior experience in selling tolarge manufacturing plants, automotive OEMs, or smart factories . Engineering background (B.E/B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Computer Science) is a plus.Send your CV tohr@
