Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, and coordination with sales and technical teams to provide customized engineering solutions. Ideal candidates will have a solid grasp of engineering concepts and a knack for building lasting client relationships.Experience: 2–5 years in B2B inside sales, preferably in IT/engineering services industryKey Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online research Fix appointments for the sales leaders for North America market Understand customer needs and position appropriate engineering solutions Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and opportunity tracking Coordinate and support including documentation, follow-ups, and reporting Support marketing efforts by contributing insights and assisting with campaigns Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIsQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred Proven sales experience in B2B/engineering services environment Hand-on experience on tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc. Strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
