The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills across Windows environments, Active Directory, and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.Key Responsibilities: User Support & Ticketing: Respond to service requests and incidents through ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools. Log and track direct queries from users via chat, email, or phone.Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Manage and support Windows 10/11 end-user environments. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, printers, and conferencing tools remotely. Handle common issues in Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.). Monitor and patch systems using tools like SCCM.Infrastructure & Tools: Work with Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Troubleshoot Citrix and VDI-related issues. Monitor expiring certificates and coordinate with server teams.
