The role involves generating qualified leads through a combination of outbound and inbound strategies, market research, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and campaign execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prospecting & Lead Research Identify potential clients in the North American region through research on industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, and Technology. Build and maintain accurate databases of decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Procurement Heads). Use tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Crunchbase for prospecting. 2. Outreach & Campaign Execution Execute outbound lead generation campaigns viacold emailing, LinkedIn messaging, and cold calling . Personalize outreach messages tailored to the pain points and needs of US-based IT decision-makers. Collaborate with the marketing team to support content-led campaigns and event/webinar follow-ups. 3. Lead Qualification Qualify leads using BANT, CHAMP, or other frameworks before passing them to the sales team. Set up discovery calls and meetings for the Business Development Manager or Sales Executives. Maintain a clear pipeline of SQLs and MQLs in CRM (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot). 4. Targeted Lead Generation for Cloud Services Focus on generating leads for: Cloud Migration & Optimization (AWS, Azure, GCP) Managed IT Services Cloud Security Solutions IT Infrastructure & DevOps Services Understand evolving trends in the US Cloud services market and align messaging accordingly. 5. Reporting & Metrics Track and report KPIs such as number of leads generated, conversion rate, email open/reply rates, and meetings scheduled. Share weekly/monthly dashboards with leadership and recommend strategy refinements based on performance. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of lead generation experience in an IT services, SaaS, or Cloud-focused company. Hands-on experience targeting clients inUSA and Canada . Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in tools likeLinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Mailchimp/Reply.io . Strong understanding of Cloud technologies and IT service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Experience working in US shifts and comfort with cultural nuances in North American business communication. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Certifications in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or Cold Email Prospecting. Familiarity with GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
