This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage client expectations and work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.Exp: 3 + yrsKey Responsibilities:Providetechnical consultingfor QAD Enterprise Edition (EE). Troubleshoot and manageapplication support ticketsindependently. Work onEDI transactions, system integrations, and process automation . (good to have). Develop and enhance applications usingProgress 4GL. . UtilizeQxtend for data integration(good to have). Collaborate withcross-functional and multicultural teamsto ensure smooth project execution. Providetechnical guidanceand support to stakeholders. Ensurecompliance with industry best practicesand QAD standards.Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience in QAD Enterprise Edition (EE) (Mandatory). Hands-on experience with QAD/MfgPro, QAD-Qxtend, and Cyberquery (Good to have). Expertise in Progress 4GL. Experience in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and system integration. Experience of QRF and EE customization. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions effectively.
