Experience:1–3 yearsAbout the RoleWe're looking for a resourceful and technically-savvy team member to join us as aTechnical Product & Operations Associate .This is a hybrid role at the intersection of product management and operations. If you love tinkering with new software, solving problems quickly, and wearing multiple hats in a startup environment—this role is for you.You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to support internal tool setup, streamline workflows, and contribute to product execution.Key Responsibilities Tool Configuration & Management Set up and maintain SaaS tools used across teams (e.g., CRM, analytics, Notion, Zapier, Intercom, Jira, etc.) Create and optimize automated workflows and integrations (using no-code platforms or APIs with guidance) Troubleshoot technical issues related to tool usage and escalate when neededProduct & Project Support Assist in writing user stories, product specs, and release notes Help with QA testing and validation before releases Maintain documentation in Notion or Confluence Support backlog grooming and sprint planning Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedbackOperations & Execution Monitor dashboards and flag anomalies in data Set up tracking, dashboards, or lightweight reports in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude Manage internal support tickets and prioritize tasks Be the go-to person for general “figure-it-out” tasksApply If You Are Technically curious: comfortable navigating new software quickly Organized and process-oriented: can juggle tasks and document clearly Not afraid to “roll up your sleeves” and troubleshoot issues independently Strong communicator: you can clearly explain both technical and non-technical things Fast learner and self-starter with a bias for actionRequirements 1–3 years of experience in a tech company, product ops, APM, or similar generalist role Hands-on experience with modern SaaS tools and platforms Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) and documentation (Confluence) Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows (you won’t write code, but you’ll work near it)Why Join Us Be part of a nimble and fast-moving team with real impact Gain exposure to multiple facets of product development and operations Great opportunity for growth into product management or operations leadership Flexible work environment with autonomy and learning
