We're Hiring: Production Program Manager – Plant Operations Location: Hosur | Industry: Electronics / Manufacturing Work Schedule: This is a 6-day on-site role and Flexibility in working hours is expected during peak production phases or critical project timelines. Full-time | On-ground role | 8+ years experience Ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic factory environments and has experience in managing greenfield manufacturing projects.We’re hiring a Production Program Manager to lead daily factory operations while acting as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams. This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who can manage production schedules, resolve on-ground issues quickly, and coordinate across functions like Quality, Engineering, SCM, and NPI. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing shop floor execution with customer-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing setup.What You'll Do: • Own daily production issue resolution — unblock line stoppages, coordinate across teams, and drive on-ground execution • Act as the primary point of contact for customers — handle escalations, align expectations, and ensure delivery • Collaborate with Production, SCM, Quality, Engineering, and NPI teams to resolve real-time issues • Manage program KPIs — output, timelines, launch readiness, and line stability • Support new product introductions (NPIs) and product transfers at the shop floor level • Monitor key metrics, cost, and vendor timelines — ensure visibility and accountability✅ What You Bring: • 8+ years in a plant-based production or manufacturing program role (EMS, electronics, auto preferred) • Hands-on experience resolving production floor issues and coordinating cross-functionally • Strong communication skills — comfortable with internal teams and external customers • Familiarity with tools like MS Project, SAP, Excel, trackers • Open to a full-time site-based role in Hosur — this is not remote • Prior exposure to greenfield setups is a strong advantage — you understand how to navigate evolving issues with systems, utilities, and team maturity.Please Apply Only If You: • Have hands-on production floor experience — not just design, MEP, or project coordination roles. • Have worked in high-volume manufacturing environments (electronics, auto, or similar), solving real-time operational issues. • Are comfortable being fully present at the plant — this role is not remote or hybrid. • Have led internal coordination and customer interactions — you’ve been the single point of contact for production delivery. • Have at least 8 years of experience in production-heavy project/program roles.
