Key Responsibilities Solution Building Lead the design of digital marketing solutions aligned with client needs across various sub-practices. Manage responses to RFPs, RFIs, and client pitches. Collaborate with pricing, transition, and transformation teams to deliver integrated solutions. Practice Development and Business Growth Achieve business development targets through new client acquisitions and expanded engagements. Identify growth opportunities and contribute to pipeline development. Support the creation of new service lines and go-to-market strategies. Collaboration and Communication Drive collaboration across internal teams to develop new offerings and sub-offerings. Work with other practices to cross-sell and up-sell content solutions. Engage with partner ecosystems, including vendors and alliances, to strengthen solution capabilities. Interact with internal stakeholders and client leadership to ensure alignment and solution fit.
