Solution Architecture & Design Lead architecture and design for ServiceNow modules:ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITBM, GRC, and CSM Createsustainable, scalable, and extensiblearchitecture solutions that meet client business objectives Design integrations with external systems (ERP, CRM, 3rd-party apps) ensuring seamless interoperability Technical Leadership Providetechnical directionand mentoring to developers and implementation teams Define and enforcebest practicesfor development, coding standards, and platform usage Conductarchitecture reviews , technical workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions Implementation & Integration Oversee theend-to-end implementation lifecycleincluding configuration, customization, and integration Lead development ofcustom scoped applications and Service Portalcomponents Ensurerobust integrationsusing ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP), MID Server, and IntegrationHub Governance & Optimization Define platform governance standards and ensure compliance across teams Maintain detailedarchitectural documentationand perform regularsystem health checks and audits Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and alignment with enterprise architecture principles Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with IT and business leaders to understand requirements and propose impactful ServiceNow solutions Act as atrusted advisoron ServiceNow capabilities and roadmap alignment Manage relationships with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-wide transformation Technical Skills Required Strong proficiency inServiceNow development and architecture , including: JavaScript, Glide, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub Deep experience inREST/SOAP APIs , integration strategies, and external system architecture Expertise inCMDB, Service Portal, Performance Analytics , andenterprise data models Working knowledge ofAgile, ITIL, and DevOps methodologies Certifications (Mandatory) CSA – Certified System Administrator CIS – ITSM CIS – HRSD CIS – GRC Nice to Have: CIS – ITBM CIS – SecOps / SIR / Vulnerability Response (VR) Architect-level credentials or ITIL ExpertWhy Join InfoBeans?
