Languages Required: Fluent Hindi+ any South Indian language (Preference:Malayalam ) Joining:Immediate joiners preferred.Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer queries related to the loyalty program. Provide excellent customer service in Hindi and at least one South Indian language (Malayalam preferred). Assist in issue resolution, point clarifications, and general support with a polite and professional attitude. Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective customer solutions.Who Can Apply: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in customer service/telecalling. Excellent verbal communication skills inHindiandany South Indian language(Malayalam speakers preferred). Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
