The selected candidates will play a vital role in training future Operation Theatre Technologists, driving academic excellence, and contributing to research and innovation in this critical healthcare field.Qualifications & Requirements: Associate Professor:Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Operation Theatre Technology or related discipline with notable academic and research experience. Assistant Professor:Master’s degree in Operation Theatre Technology or related field. Fresh graduates with excellent academic records may also apply. Strong communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills. Relevant clinical or industry experience will be preferred.Key Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in Operation Theatre Technology, ensuring practical and theoretical competence. Design, develop, and update curriculum to meet evolving industry standards and best practices. Guide and mentor students in academic projects, clinical training, and internships. Conduct and publish research in the field of Operation Theatre Technology. Participate in departmental activities, academic committees, and contribute to overall institutional development. Collaborate with hospitals and clinical partners for hands-on training and placements.
