Join our team as aWorkday Data Conversion Specialist Consultantand contribute to the successful migration of data into our systems. You will play a critical role inensuring data integrity, accuracy, and seamless transitionfrom legacy systems to our new platform. You will also work closely with key stakeholders to drive data migration efforts, perform quality assurance, and enhance data processes.Your missions Conduct data conversion, migration, and cleaning from multiple source systems. Create,EIBs and Advanced Loadsto convert and validate data into the Workday system. Identify anomalies in data and rectify conversion errors. Develop and utilizedata mapping toolsto support conversion efforts. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to meet project milestones.Your profile Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Active HCM Workday certificationorData Conversion Certified(Optional). Proven experience as aData Conversion Specialistor in a similar role. Strong understanding ofdata conversion methodologies, tools, and best practices . Exceptionalproblem-solving abilitiesand keen attention to detail.
