Drivemonth-end, quarter-end, and year-endclose reporting from a financial insight perspective (not ledger ownership).Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Build and refinefinancial modelsfor budget planning, forecasting, and business strategy. Leadvariance analysis , interpret trends, and offer actionable recommendations. Collaborate cross-functionally to drivecost optimizationandrevenue acceleration . Deliver insights usingKPI analysis , dashboarding, and financial storytelling. Supportcash flow forecasting ,CapEx planning , and scenario modeling for strategic investments.Ideal Candidate Profile Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or CFA-qualified. Minimum5 years of experiencein FP&A roles within growth-focused organizations. Deep understanding offinancial reporting ,forecasting , and performance metrics. ️ Hands-on with tools likeQuickBooks Strong financial modeling skills — Excel wizardry is a must.
