Role Overview As a Program Counsellor, you’ll play a crucial role in helping aspiring learners understand our Beginner to Advance Recruitment Masterclass and guiding them toward enrolment. You'll handle both inbound and outbound lead communication and ensure a seamless pre-enrolment experience. Key Responsibilities Call and counsel 40–50 leads daily across cold, warm, and hot segments Explain the course structure, benefits, and value proposition clearly and persuasively Personalize conversations using a pre-approved script and pitch framework Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and updates on Google Sheets Follow up with leads and push conversions while maintaining a helpful, consultative tone Submit daily reports on lead activity, conversation quality, and outcomes Coordinate with the internal team in case of any escalations or feedback Meet weekly conversion targets (minimum 20 enrolments/week) and earn incentives per successful hire Eligibility Criteria Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred) Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) Prior experience in EdTech / telesales / recruitment counselling is a plus Comfortable working remotely with own phone, laptop, and reliable internet Willingness to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and take weekday offs Location:Remote (India) Working Hours:3 PM – 9 PM (6 hours/day) Working Days:6 days/week (Saturday & Sunday mandatory; 1 rotational weekday off) Compensation:₹10,000/month (Fixed) + Incentives
