Job Description: We are seeking a highly experiencedSenior SAP Security Consultantwith a strong background in SAP Security and role redesign. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in security design, IT controls, and segregation of duties (SoD) principles across multiple SAP systems.Key Responsibilities: Lead and executeSAP security role redesigninitiatives to align with business and compliance requirements. Implement and manage security configurations forSAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, BW, TPM, APO, and CRMsystems. Ensure compliance withIT controls , SoD principles, and governance requirements. Provideadvisory serviceson best practices for SAP security design and risk mitigation strategies. Work closely withcontrol teams, auditors, and other stakeholdersto ensure security policies align with regulatory standards. Performsecurity risk assessmentsand recommend appropriate mitigation strategies. Coordinate withcross-functional teamsto implement security changes while ensuring minimal business disruption. Independently managesecurity projects, including documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Key Requirements: 10+ yearsof experience inSAP Security , with a strong focus onrole redesign . Hands-on experience withSAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, TPM, APO, and CRMsecurity models. Expertise inIT controls, risk management, and SoD principles . Ability to providestrategic security advisoryto customers on redesign approaches. Strongstakeholder managementskills, particularly with compliance and control teams. Excellent communication skillswith the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge ofGRC Access Controlis a plus. Experience withautomation toolsfor role redesign is desirable. SAP Securitycertifications(preferred but not mandatory).
