The ideal candidate should have strong linguistic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to understand and convey technical or business-related content. Key Responsibilities: Translate documents, emails, reports, presentations, and other content fromJapanese to EnglishandEnglish to Japanese Perform real-time or scheduledinterpretationduring meetings, calls, and video conferences Maintain consistency of terminology and style across translated content Collaborate with project teams to understand context and deliver accurate translations Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure accuracy and grammatical correctness Maintain translation memory, glossaries, and language databases Work closely with cross-functional teams including technical, HR, legal, and business stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency inboth Japanese and English(spoken and written) JLPT N2 or N1 certificationpreferred Bachelor’s degree in Japanese language, Translation, Linguistics, or a related field 2+ years of professional translation and/or interpretation experience Strong understanding of business or technical terminology (based on domain) Experience with translation tools (e.g., SDL Trados, MemoQ) is a plus Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working inIT, manufacturing, legal, finance , or other technical domainsWHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
