We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented and communicativeSalesforce Business Analystto join our remote team.About the Role As aSalesforce Business Analyst , you will serve as the critical link between stakeholders and the technical team, helping to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce CRM solutions. This role is ideal for someone who excels in facilitation, process modeling, and Agile product delivery.Key Responsibilities Conduct workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders and product owners to capture and document business needs. Define and maintainuse cases ,user stories , andacceptance criteriafor product delivery teams. Createas-isandto-be business process modelsusing tools such asMiro, Lucidchart ,Camunda , orBizagi . Performgap analysisto support project planning and solution design. Collaborate using tools such asClickUpandSlackto manage Agile delivery workflows. Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and priorities.Required Qualifications Proven experience as aBusiness Analystworking onSalesforce CRMprojects. Strong skills inrequirement gathering ,workshop facilitation , andstakeholder engagement . Hands-on experience withbusiness process modelingusing tools like Lucidchart, Camunda, or Bizagi. Solid understanding and practical experience inAgilemethodologies .Familiarity with Waterfall is a plus.
