The Structural BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for various projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining BIM models, producing construction drawings, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring accurate architectural and MEP integrations.Qualifications Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Architecture Experience as a Modeler in construction projects Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems Skills in producing construction drawings Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field Excellent communication and collaboration skills detail-oriented Ability to work independently and remotely Experience with design and construction documentation support is a plus
