Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality Fit and Control Manager in the Apparel sector. Located in the Greater Delhi Area with some flexibility for remote work, the Quality Fit and Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing the fitting process of garments, managing quality control standards, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with the design and production teams to ensure garment quality, performing quality checks on incoming materials and finished goods, and implementing corrective actions for any quality issues. The manager will also provide training to staff on quality standards and procedures.Qualifications Experience in Quality Control and Garment Fitting Strong knowledge of quality control procedures in the apparel industry and compliance standards Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment and coordinate between different departments Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or a related field Previous experience in a managerial role is a plus Proficiency in using quality control software and tools
