Job Summary We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX cum Product Designer to join our team. This role involves working closely with product managers and developers to design intuitive, high-quality interfaces that elevate user experience. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and passionate about user-centered design and visual storytelling. This is a hands-on role, suitable for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to see their ideas come to life. Key Responsibilities: - Design engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Develop UI mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma and/or Adobe XD. - Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs. - Apply design thinking principles to solve UX problems and improve product usability. - Ensure consistency in design through adherence to brand guidelines and style standards (fonts, colors, icons, etc.). - Conduct design reviews, gather feedback, and iterate based on user needs and business goals. - Create visual assets as needed, including icons, logos, and branding materials using tools like Photoshop and Illustrator. - Research design trends, user behavior, and competitor products to inspire new ideas.
