SmartComm Lead – Key Roles & Responsibilities (Experience 8+ Years)Candidates who are expertise atCloud, SmartComm, JAVA API Project Oversight: Lead SmartComm migration efforts, including planning, execution, and delivery aligned with project goals. Requirement Gathering & Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into SmartComm design specifications. Template & Data Migration: Oversee migration of templates and data models from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Development Supervision: Guide SmartComm configuration and development (templates, layouts, data models, integrations) following best practices. System Integration & Testing: Coordinate SIT/UAT and ensure proper integration with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., CRM, DMS). Team & Stakeholder Management: Manage development teams, assign tasks, review work, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Post-Go-Live Support: Lead production deployment, monitor performance, and support stabilization and knowledge transfer. Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for design, configurations, and migration activities.
