Key Responsibilities:Microsoft Dynamics Expertise: • Configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Service Hub, Sales Hub, and Power Apps. • Develop and optimize workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements. • Ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems.Team Management: • Lead, groom and mentor a team of Dynamics professionals, ensuring timely project delivery. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Project Management: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. • Oversee the implementation of Dynamics solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Stakeholder Engagement: • Act as the primary point of contact for Dynamics 365-related projects. • Present solutions, updates, and insights to senior stakeholders and management. • Innovation and Best Practices: • Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features, tools, and trends. • Recommend and implement best practices to enhance the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.Required Skills and Qualifications: • Total experience of 12–16 years, with at least 4+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Dynamics Service Hub, Sales Hub, and Power Apps, along with experience managing teams. • B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA/ BCA from reputed college • Microsoft Dynamics certifications • Experience in the BFSI domain is highly preferred. • Proven experience managing and leading teams. • Strong knowledge of business process automation and CRM workflows. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with data security and compliance, especially within the BFSI sector
