Senior Designer (Mid Level / Senior) Location : Delhi, Bengaluru , Mumbai ,Hyderabad , Pune *Multiple Positions : Mid -Snr LevelJob Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Designer with 8–12 years of professional experience in interior design or architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workplace design, a solid understanding of the full design process from concept through construction, and experience working on global projects across EMEA, North America, and Australia. This role requires exceptional design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to manage and mentor a team of 4–6 designers while collaborating with international clients and multidisciplinary teams.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Project Leadership Lead interior workplace projects from initial concept and pitch through to final delivery, ensuring design quality at every stage. Manage concept design efforts and ensure alignment with client expectations, workplace trends, and project goals. Develop and manage project schedules and design deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs. Guide spatial layouts, visual direction, and integration with QS and cost teams. Collaborate with engineering, MEP, and project management teams for design coordination and integration. Review and oversee tender documentation, BOQs, construction drawings, and shop drawings. Conduct site visits for quality control, including mock-up reviews, materials assessments, and resolution of detailing issues. Client Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for all design-related communication with clients. Build client trust by demonstrating deep design leadership and reliable project ownership. Team & Project Management Manage a multidisciplinary team of4–6 members , including junior designers, BIM leads, and visual specialists. Simultaneously lead3–4 projects of varying scale s across global regions. Foster a culture of accountability, clarity, and creativity within the team. Maintain high standards of delivery, professionalism, and responsiveness. People Leadership Inspire the team with a design-driven mindset and support professional development. Mentor team members, helping them grow technically and creatively. Lead with empathy and resolve team challenges constructively. Market Awareness & Vendor Coordination Maintain strong awareness of global design trends, workplace innovation, and emerging materials. Coordinate with furniture, finishes, and specialist vendors across regions including EMEA, North America, and Australia. Required Experience & Qualifications Proven track recordof leading end-to-end design forDesign & Build (D&B)projects exceeding400,000–500,000 sq. ft. Experience working withtop-tier global clientsand delivering design excellence in corporate, workplace, or mixed-use environments. Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and furniture specification, with global vendor exposure. Experience in integrating design with services such as lighting, AV/IT, acoustics, and branding. Experience managing technical packages and drawing sets for global interiors projects. Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident in a client-facing role. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in design, with a strong emphasis onworkplace design. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture, Masters is an advantage. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, PowerPoint, and Excel; knowledge in Revit is an advantage. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving design quality. Ability to manage multiple global projects and teams concurrently. Strong leadership, mentorship, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
