Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns acrossMeta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube , and other platforms. Manage aminimum monthly ad spend of ₹2L+ in ecommerceand₹1L+ in lead generationcampaigns. Analyze performance data to improveROAS, CPL, and CPA . PerformA/B testingon creatives, copies, targeting, and landing pages. Collaborate with creative, content, and dev teams to ensure alignment. Maintain propertracking using UTM parameters, pixel setup, and GTM . Provide clear reports with actionable insights.Must-Have Requirements:Minimum 2 years of hands-on experiencein running paid ads on Meta and Google. Proven track record of handling: ₹2L+ monthly spend in ecommerce. ₹1L+ monthly spend in lead generation. Strong command ofShopify analyticsand performance attribution. Good communication skills — written and verbal. Familiarity with tools likeGoogle Analytics, Google Tag Manager , andGoogle Data Studio .
