Job Title : Flutter Developer (4+ Years Experience)Key Responsibilities :Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern, responsive, and adaptive user interfaces.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and code reviews.Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.Debug and resolve technical issues reported by QA or users.Work with state management solutions like Provider, Bloc, GetX, or Riverpod.Implement secure app practices, push notifications, and deployment processes on Play Store and App Store.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in mobile development.Required Skills :4+ years of professional Flutter development experience.Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter SDK.Experience with integrating REST APIs, JSON parsing, and offline storage solutions.Knowledge of native build processes for Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus.Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.Solid understanding of design principles, state management, and architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics).Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Qualifications :Published apps on Google Play Store or Apple App Store.Knowledge of app security best practices and performance optimization.Familiarity with other cross-platform frameworks (e.g. React Native) is an added advantage.Thanks, Ram
