What You'll DoWordPress Development:Work on the development and maintenance of our WordPress estate. This is a hands-on role where you will build, update, and manage sites, learning best practices for creating a well-maintained and high-performing online presence. Technical Support:You will be the primary point of contact for Level 1 technical support, handled entirely by chat. You will learn our specific, playbook-driven processes for troubleshooting issues on customer devices (including Android) and other platforms. Hybrid Operations:Contribute to a variety of other tasks, including server maintenance (cPanel, VPS), technical SEO, and marketing operations.
