Position : Revit Drafter (Architectural / Structural / MEP) Location : Remote, full-time EST time zone. Salary : 35,000 - 50,000 per monthCompany Summary We design and build ground-up, single-family timber residences and produce BIM models and construction documents that support permitting and on-site work.Responsibilities Develop LOD 350–400 Revit models covering architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Prepare permit-ready drawing sets: plans, sections, elevations, schedules, framing details, and MEP layouts. Update models and drawings from mark-ups and design changes. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve clashes before issue. Maintain Revit templates, families, view styles, and BIM execution plans. Required Qualifications CategoryRequirements Education Associate degree or higher in Architectural Drafting, Building Technology, or a related field Experience Minimum 3 years modeling and drafting single-family wood-frame projects (including MEP) in Revit Technical • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP) • Working knowledge of the International Residential Code (IRC) and other North American residential, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing codes • Ability to read and integrate structural and MEP design documents Professional • Clear written and spoken English • Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environmentPreferred Qualifications Navisworks or BIM 360 experience Dynamo scripting familiarity Knowledge of high-efficiency or sustainable residential systems Benefits Fully remote work arrangement Application Instructions Emailag@with the subject“Revit Drafter Application.”Attach: Résumé Brief cover letter summarizing relevant Revit and MEP experience Two to three PDF samples showing LOD 350–400 residential models and drawing sheets Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
