Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Cleanroom Operator to join our team. The Cleanroom Operator will be responsible for performing manufacturing, assembly, or support tasks in a controlled cleanroom environment, ensuring strict adherence to cleanliness and safety protocols.Key Responsibilities: Operate equipment and perform processes within cleanroom environment (Class 100/ 1000 or as applicable). Handle sensitive components such as wafers, sensors, optical parts, etc., using cleanroom gloves and tools. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and cleanroom protocols (GMP, ESD, gowning procedures, etc.). Maintain cleanliness, monitor particulate levels, and prevent contamination of materials. Support routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of cleanroom tools and instruments. Log data accurately in batch sheets, maintenance records, or electronic systems. Collaborate with engineering and QA teams during process trials or inspections. Follow safety protocols and report any equipment malfunctions or unsafe conditions.Requirements: Education: Diploma / B.E. in Electrical and Mechanical, related field. Experience: 0–2 years of experience in cleanroom / lab / production environment preferred. Freshers may also apply. Basic understanding of cleanroom protocols, contamination control, and ESD safety. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Willingness to work in shifts, wear cleanroom gowns, and follow hygiene practices. Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow process discipline.za
