This role will own the release planning lifecycle, help maintain our ClickUp (Project Management tool) environment, creating reports and ensure all teams stay aligned as we deliver high-quality software and infrastructure updates.Responsibilities Coordinate software release planning, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. Review and validate release documentation and ticket quality before handoff to DevOps. Run and support infrastructure meetings related to deployment readiness. Own and manage ClickUp—organizing, cleaning and automating workflows for ticket tracking. Act as a liaison across engineering, QA and product teams to unblock releases and track progress. Ensure every release follows a smooth, validated process without being overly rigid.Requirements 4+ years in a release management, project coordination or related operations role. Strong experience with ClickUp or similar project management platforms like Jira. Exceptional organization and attention to detail in tracking complex workflows. Understanding of agile processes and comfort working with technical teams. Skilled in cross-team communication, collaboration and conflict resolution. Flexible mindset with a drive to support people and adapt processes to real-world needs. Proven ability to review and interpret release documentation and technical tickets.
