Driving and implementing BIM and Digital interventions across Mid scale to Large scale projects using BIM collaboration, coordination, and visualization tools.Required Competency1.Strong software background in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks,(4D,5D Simulation),Cobie (as per ISO 19650) ,Digital Twin. and Strong Knowledge on implantation on BIM-Dimensions.2.Coordination of processes for complete model life cycle development and functionality (3D, 4D and 5D, model development and integration). Coordinate the review and validation of construction models (including 4D/5D contractor model submittals).3.Responsible for developing BIM strategy, overseeing all BIM work on select projects and responsible for BIM quality on all projects, while working closely with BIM Leadership on the development of pilot projects.Experience1.BIM / CAD Implementation of Information Management systems using Autodesk and Bentley BIM platforms.2.Specialized in implementing Common Data Environments: Autodesk BIM 360/ACC and Bentley ProjectWise.3.Authoring and Supervising BIM Execution plans at pre-contract stage; post contract for design, and construction as-built operations, as per ISO 19650.4.Day to day management of the digital models6.Exchanging project data with multiple stakeholders through CDE(Autodesk Docs)7.Generating 3D federated models for clash detection, generating reports to demonstrate coordination progress and clash mitigation8.Understanding and proactively implementing the required LOD, and CoBie data at each of the project stages, as per project-specific requirements9.Developing periodic training sessions for the design team and other stakeholders
