This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing commercial team at the forefront of securing railway systems against emerging cyber threats. The successful candidate will have direct experience selling cybersecurity solutions into the railway ecosystem and strong relationships with keyOEMs and Tier 1 manufacturersacross India.Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow strategic accounts within the railway sector, focused on cybersecurity solutions Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned with commercial objectives Build relationships with procurement, engineering, and security leaders at major railway manufacturers and integrators Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from initial engagement to close Collaborate closely with internal technical and product teams to deliver client-focused solutions Monitor and respond to emerging cyber threats, compliance changes, and infrastructure projects within the rail domainRequired Experience: Proven experience sellingcybersecurity or OT/ICS security solutionsto therailway industry Existing relationships with Indian railway manufacturers (e.g., Alstom, Siemens Mobility, Titagarh, Texmaco, etc.) Strong commercial acumen and ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals Working knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks (e.g., CENELEC, IEC 62443, NIS2) Experience in a GTM-focused sales role within a high-growth environment Strong interpersonal and negotiation skillsPreferred: Technical understanding of OT, ICS, or embedded cyber security Familiarity with Indian government rail procurement and tender processesIf you are successful amongst the application process, someone from our team will reach out to you.
