Job Title: Project Manager – Tendering & Rate Analysis (Interior Fitouts) Location:Remote/WFH Engagement Type:Part-Time / Freelance Experience Required:Minimum 5 Years in Interior Fit-Out ProjectsJob Overview: Blue Ladder Interiors is seeking a highly skilled and detail-orientedProject Manager (Part-Time/Freelance)with in-depth knowledge and experience inTendering, Bidding, and Rate Analysisforinterior fit-out projects . This includes works acrosscommercial, retail, residential, and office interiors . We are open to experienced freelancers and part-time professionals who can contribute to our pre-contract team with accurate costing and timely bid submissions.Key Responsibilities: Manage and leadtendering and bidding processes , including documentation, pricing, and submission. Preparecomprehensive rate analysisfor all scope of works such as civil, finishes, furniture, MEP, and joinery. Review project BOQs, drawings, specifications, and vendor quote to ensure accuracy and competitiveness. Support in preparing and presenting cost estimates for client proposals and internal approvals. Maintain and update avendor and contractor databasefor real-time market rates. Coordinate with design and procurement teams to align cost and execution strategies.Candidate Requirements: Minimum5 years of experiencein project estimation and rate analysis for interior fit-out projects. Strong understanding ofmaterials, specifications, and execution methodsused in commercial and residential interiors. Experience in preparingcompetitive tendersfor mid-to-large-scale projects. Ability to work independently and deliver quality output within deadlines. Proficient in Excel, MS Office, and estimation software/tools. Educational background in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, or related field is preferred.Ideal Candidate: Freelance Quantity Surveyor or Estimation Consultant. Interior Project Manager with pre-contract/tendering experience. Professionals seekingpart-time engagementwith flexibility. Someone who can work remotely with regular updates and coordination.
