This role will be instrumental in shaping and scaling our user acquisition strategy across a mix of online and offline channels. You will own key performance metrics related to growth and work cross-functionally with product, creative, and analytics teams to rapidly scale the user base while maintaining strong ROI discipline.Key Responsibilities Lead the user acquisition strategy for Brazil, managing end-to-end execution. Drive performance marketing across digital channels — Meta (FB/IG), Google UAC, programmatic, and other paid media. Build and manage influencer marketing programs tailored for local audiences. Develop and execute content and partnership campaigns across social platforms, OTT/TV, and offline. Explore and scale affiliate and partnership opportunities that unlock new user funnels. Continuously optimise CAC, LTV, and ROI through data-backed experimentation. Collaborate with internal creative and analytics teams to iterate campaigns and user funnels. Own market insights and user behaviour to localise campaigns and drive high resonance.What We’re Looking For 4–8 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably in mobile-first B2C products. Prior experience in real-money gaming, fintech, betting, or mobile applications is a strong plus. Deep understanding of Brazil/LATAM digital landscape, media consumption habits, and cultural nuances. Hands-on experience with running paid campaigns across Meta, social platforms, influencers, and offline media. Data-driven mindset with strong familiarity in campaign tracking, attribution, and optimisation tools.
