In this role, you’ll work across the stack—from designing backend services in Python to building responsive frontends—while also exploring opportunities to integrateGenerative AI (GenAI)technologies. Whether you're already experienced with GenAI or eager to dive into it, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge products and solutions.What You’ll Do:Full-Stack Development:Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable web applications usingPython (Flask, Django, FastAPI)on the backend andmodern frontend frameworkslikeReact, Angular , orVue.js . GenAI Exploration & Integration:Collaborate with AI teams to integrate or exploreLLMs and generative AI capabilities(e.g., GPT-4, transformers, RAG pipelines) into products. Prior experience is welcome; openness to learn is a must. Architect Scalable Systems:Contribute to architectural decisions ensuring systems aresecure, maintainable, and cloud-native . Cloud Engineering:Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications usingAWS, GCP, or Azure , with a focus on performance and reliability. Collaboration & Mentorship:Work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers. Mentor junior developers and support peer growth. Agile Practices:Participate in code reviews, maintain high-quality code standards, and contribute to continuous improvement. Innovate & Learn:Stay current with emerging trends infull-stack development, cloud services , andAI technologies , bringing new ideas to the team.On your first day, we’ll expect you to have: Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience:5–8 years of hands-on experience infull-stack software development , with strong backend expertise inPython . Tech Stack Proficiency: Backend: Python with Django, Flask, or FastAPI Frontend: React, Angular, or Vue.js Cloud: AWS, GCP, or Azure (deployment, monitoring, optimization) AI Exposure:Experience or interest inLLMs, transformers, or GenAI tools(e.g., OpenAI APIs). Willingness to learn and apply AI concepts in production systems. Strong Engineering Practices:Clean code, CI/CD, unit testing, version control (Git), and agile development. Team Player:Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.
