Job Summary We are looking for an experiencedBusiness Development Analyst(Location: Remote) to support/lead bid management, proposal creation, and presales activities. Align strategic objectives with operational execution through tender analysis, high-impact proposal development, and proactive client engagement.Responsibilities: ·Design and execute end-to-end bid strategies along with planning, writing, submitting, and tracking of proposals. ·Handle RFI/RFP/RFQ responses and tenders, and ensure compliance with government regulations. ·Oversee complete proposal lifecycle—from strategic planning and execution to successful client submission/closure. ·Ensure compliant, compelling, and client-aligned proposals. ·Plan, execute, and manage the bid lifecycle, ensuring compliance with submission deadlines and requirements ·Support CRM updates, lead tracking, and reporting on potential deals. ·Serve as a liaison between business units, sales teams, and clients during presales. ·Handle cost estimation, pricing strategy, and ROI modelling to maximize profitability and client value alignment. ·Prepare financial models for new bids and proposals ·Handle direct client engagements and communicate with external clients in various cultural settingsRequired Qualification: ·Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field ·2-7 years of experience in presales/bid management/proposal development. ·Strong understanding of the RFP/RFI/RFQ process and government/commercial tendering. ·Excellent writing, editing, and communication. ·Good social engagement and interpersonal relations.What we offer:When you join the team at VNV, you join an energetic, fun, dynamic, fast-growing, global organization driven by a strong sense of purpose & meaning.
