Role Overview:We are seeking a motivated and persuasiveSales Executivewho will be responsible for driving enrollments for Rancho Labs’ learning programs by connecting with parents and students. You’ll play a critical role in communicating our value proposition, conducting counseling sessions, and helping families choose the right program for their child’s growth in technology and innovation. Key Responsibilities:Lead Conversion & Counselling: Speak with leads generated via digital campaigns, referrals, and partnerships. Understand the student’s learning goals and counsel parents on suitable programs. Schedule and conduct 1-on-1 video or phone-based counselling sessions.Product Knowledge & Demonstrations: Clearly explain Rancho Labs’ programs, tools, and benefits to parents. Showcase program outcomes using videos, case studies, and student projects. Walk the user through our kits, LMS platform, certifications, and live sessions.Follow-up & Pipeline Management: Maintain timely and regular follow-ups to ensure lead nurturing and conversions. Update CRM with lead status and feedback. Meet weekly/Monthly enrollment targets. Upselling & Retention: Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities (e.g., add-on kits, higher-tier courses). Help build long-term relationships with students and parents. Feedback & Reporting: Provide insights to marketing and product teams about parent concerns, program feedback, or objections. Submit regular sales reports and attend team syncs.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Marketing, Education preferred). 1–2 years of experience in B2C or direct sales.. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. High energy, confidence, and a student-first attitude. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
